PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHERS and DEMO PRODUCERS WE LIKE:
There are a lot of great photographers out there. We like to recommend the pro’s who shoot actors. They are connected to the agents and casting directors and get constant feedback on what is working for the Toronto film & TV market. A decent headshot session can range from $200 to $600. There are many variables to consider. Ask to meet the shooter for a quick chat in advance to see if you want to spend time together. Some actors like a challenging shooter who pushes them, others want a more nurturing quality. Go with your gut reactions. Ask other actors who they liked. Ask us! Very rarely you will find a talented beginner or student or friend who grabs a good shot, but most actors find it’s easiest working with professionals and they are worth the money. Just because they are pro’s doesn’t mean every shoot will work! You may need to re-do a shoot or try again. Also, it takes time to learn how to work with the camera or a shooter. Want to improve your shoot? Try doing an on-camera class with us first... you'll be much more relaxed in front of the lens.
